We are looking for a friendly and organized person to join our team as a Front Desk & Social Media Assistant. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, helping create a welcoming and professional environment. You will also manage our social media accounts and create simple, engaging content to help promote our organization online.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome visitors and guide them to the appropriate person or department

Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Schedule appointments and support basic office coordination

Manage and update the organization’s social media accounts

Create posts, photos, videos, and captions for social media

Help promote events, activities, and announcements online

Support other administrative tasks when needed
Requirements

Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
