We are looking for a friendly and organized person to join our team as a Front Desk & Social Media Assistant. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, helping create a welcoming and professional environment. You will also manage our social media accounts and create simple, engaging content to help promote our organization online.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and guide them to the appropriate person or department

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

  • Schedule appointments and support basic office coordination

  • Manage and update the organization’s social media accounts

  • Create posts, photos, videos, and captions for social media

  • Help promote events, activities, and announcements online

  • Support other administrative tasks when needed

Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Friendly, professional, and organized personality

  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

  • Ability to create visual and written content

  • Basic computer skills (email, documents, social media tools)

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized

Work Environment

  • Office-based role with regular interaction with visitors and staff

  • A mix of administrative work and creative social media tasks
