Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our visitors and callers. You will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for our company and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors with a warm and welcoming smile, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer phones professionally, screen calls, and transfer them to the designated staff member.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, presentable, and well-stocked with office supplies.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges (if applicable).
  • Schedule appointments for meetings (if applicable).
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and data entry (if applicable).
  • Learn and comply with company security procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor in any discipline or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role (or relevant experience).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Pleasant and professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
