Role Overview
In this dual role, you will serve as the welcoming face of our organization while also managing our online presence. You will be responsible for creating a professional and inviting environment for visitors and callers, as well as developing engaging content to promote our services across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk & Administrative Support
- Greet and welcome visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and general inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area
- Schedule appointments and assist with basic office coordination tasks
- Support the team with other administrative duties as required
- Social Media Management
- Manage and update the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Create simple, visually appealing posts, photos, videos, and captions
- Promote company events, client success stories, and important announcements online
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in developing creative content that reflects the company’s brand and values
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and well-organized personality
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Ability to create simple visual and written content using tools like Canva or mobile apps
- Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in front desk, administration, or social media management is a plus but not required
Work Environment
- Office-based role with regular interaction with visitors and staff
