Oxfam are conducting a Request for Proposal (RFP) process and invites you to submit a proposal to provide Oxfam, within their requirements, for: 

TITLE: Framework Agreement for Digital Platform & Services for Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) 

Oxfam Program: Humanitarian and DRR. 

Objective of the assignment: The objective of this assignment is to establish a framework agreement with qualified service providers for the provision of digital CVA platforms and transfer services that enable Oxfam in Nepal and its partners to deliver efficient, accountable, inclusive, and scalable Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) programmes across diverse humanitarian and resilience contexts. The services shall align with global humanitarian standards and comply with Nepal’s recently endorsed Shock Responsive Social Protection and Relief Standard Operating Guidelines 2025. Date: Estimated date of framework effective from 6 July  2026 and until 31 March 2027.
