Title: Manager – Finance

Location: Nepal

Term: Employment

1. Specific responsibility 

a. Accounting, Finance & Taxation

• Supervision of the Finance Team on an on-going basis.
• Accurate accounting of Direct and Indirect Expenses.
• Variance analysis with Budget.
• Monthly closure of books of Accounts for regular reporting.
• Timely submission of return –TDS, Income Tax & VAT.
• Timely submission of reports to regulatory bodies –Office of the Company Registrar, Department of Industry, Nepal Rastra Bank and Tourism Office.
• Coordination with regulatory bodies Office of the Company Registrar, Department of Industry, Nepal Rastra Bank and Tourism Office 
• Handling various cases with departments. 
• VAT related developments in Front Office Software.
• Profit & Loss, Balance sheet preparation, Tax audit reports, finalization of accounts. 
• All Tax audit related requirement.
• All Internal Audit, Transfer Pricing, IT Audit.
• Preparation of Annual Budget.

2. Job Specifications

• CA/MBA/Graduation (Finance) with at least 10 years of experience, 
• The incumbent must be well versed with SAP (recording of entries, uploading of bills) and
• Adequate knowledge of the prevailing law (tax, labour, etc.) 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good MIS skills
