1. Position: Field Coordinator 

No. of Requirement: 3 

Location: Ramechhap, Sindhuli, and Kavre

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with local government agencies to form/ re-activate the local level committees in controlling human trafficking
• Work with the district, local and provincial government agencies in line with the existing laws and regulations against human trafficking
• Organize orientation and interaction programs at the local levels including municipalities and ward levels with multi stakeholder participation
• Work in coordination with civil society organizations, local government and private sectors
• Prepare reports of the events and activities conducted in the local levels
• Remain well familiar with the issues of human trafficking and gender biased violence and act proactively for mitigation
• Coordinate and collate relevant data from the project locations
• Discharge any other duties as assigned by the supervisor and as deemed necessary by the project

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience for Field coordinator

• Bachelor degree with 2 years of work experience/ Intermediate with 5 years of work experience for field coordinator. Working experience in field of human trafficking, child rights and safe migration will be desirable
• Strong coordination skill and liaising capacity with the work group and stakeholders
• Able to monitor and guide activities of the field offices/stakeholders 
• Computer literacy skills i.e. Microsoft office
• Good verbal and written skills in both Nepali and English 
• Good interpersonal and good communication skills
• Willingness to learn at all time 
• Should have 2 wheelers driving license

2. Position: Supervisor

No. of Requirement: 1

Location: Tikapur, Kailali

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assure implementation and monitoring of the projects responsible for
• Manage the project and project budget, and coordinate the delivery of all the project deliverables
• Be accountable for ensuring timely results on scheduled program activities at operational level
• Monitor expenditures incurred in the execution of the projects and ensure preparation of the timely reports
• Be responsible for all necessary reporting, monitoring and evaluation requirements of project activities
• Co-ordinate and supervise the work of other staffs of the project 
• Facilitate and co-ordinate all training activities that the project will involve 
• Liaise and strengthen public relations work of Maiti Nepal with other interested parties, partner Agencies, Go's, Go's for inputs on project strategies through talks, conferences and meetings
• Coordinate all project activities efforts in close collaboration with other staffs
• Responsible to prepare the MONTHLY financial reports and submit to the central office on every 7th day of the month.
