WorldLink Communication is seeking for energetic and career oriented applicants for the below mentioned position.
Job Description:
•R&D, Plan and implement physical layout for old and new optical network.
•Coordinate and Supervise daily fiber installations and troubleshot including logistics inside and outside valley with close co-ordination with Fiber and Cable team.
•Prepare documentation for fiber splicing, cores, enclosures and optical cable transmission layouts as per the international best practices.
•Installation and Survey of Fiber Pops for our network expansion.
•Field work and traveling at any places within Nepal.
•Monitor and Support our optical network
Job Specification:
•Bachelors in Electronic and Communication with 1yr experience or Bachelors in any discipline with 3yrs of working network related experience with sound knowledge of optical network technology.
•Enthusiasm towards work and learning new optical network technologies by self study.
•Ability to learn quickly and grasp complex ideas for next generation optical network.
•Reliable, Team Player, Humble with positive attitude.
•Hard working and deliver results on time
•Self motivated to conquer a task or solve a problem even if it requires working beyond office hours and self involvement on every activity
•Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
•Ability to work under pressure
•Good written, verbal and influential communication skills
•Excellent Leadership skill
