TRAINEESHIP OPPORTUNITY FOR FEMALE CIVIL ENGINEERS

The Government of Nepal and the Government of Switzerland have been jointly implementing the Small Irrigation Programme (SIP) in Nepal since 2015. The Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) is providing financial and technical support to the Government of Nepal for the implementation of the programme. On behalf of SDC, a Joint Venture (JV) of GEOCE Consultants (P) Ltd., TMS (P) Ltd., and Aviyaan Consulting (P) Ltd. invites recently graduated Female Civil Engineers to apply for the fourth cohort of the traineeship programme. The programme aims to enhance the capacity and professional development of young female engineers in the small irrigation sector.

Position: Female Trainee Civil Engineers – 6 Positions

Qualification: Recently graduated with Bachelors in Civil Engineering (2024 and 2025)

Duty station: Cluster Offices - Fikkal, Dhankuta, Okhaldhunga and Udayapur of Koshi Province

Duration: Six months 1 Nov 2025 to 30 April 2026

It is mandatory for the selected trainees to complete the full traineeship programme.
