Female Sales Associate

Kathmandu Realtors is hiring a Female Sales Associate to join our team! We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, organized, and eager to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification: +2 / Bachelor's at any field

Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Build strong relationships with customers and clients
• Manage a sales pipeline and follow up on leads
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Positive, can-do attitude and a team player
• Working hours: 11 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Friday)

Compensation: NPR 20000 plus attractive bonuses
