CBM Global is an international development organization committed to improving the quality of life of people with disabilities in the poorest communities of the world irrespective of race, gender or religious belief. Our work in Nepal spans across 36 districts and based on a programmatic approach to ensure rehabilitation and inclusive development of persons with disabilities.

CBM Nepal Country team invites proposal from firms/individuals to provide services in the below mentioned categories:

1. International & Domestic ticketing service
2. Vehicle Hire
3. Hotel Services for Non/Residential programmes (All 7 provinces)
4. International & Domestic Courier Service
5. Stationery
6. IT Equipment & Electronic Items
7. Furniture & Fixtures
8. Repair & Maintenance services.
9. Designing, Printing & Publication
10. Promotional materials
11. Consultancy
12. Advertisement Agency
13. Insurance services
14. Guard and Janitor services.
15. Vehicle/motorcycle repairs, maintenance, servicing with spare parts, Tyres/ tubes
16. Humanitarian Relief related items supply
17. Hardware suppliers
18. Kitchen and Toiletries items
19. Photography and videography service
20. Water supply
21. Contractor

Eligible vendors who provide complete information may be invited to participate in future procurement processes. Therefore, all interested vendors are requested to respond to this EOI by submitting with required documents not later than 18 February 2024.

All submissions and inquiries shall be emailed to procurement.nepal@cbm-global.org. The subject line must be indicated as, “EOI-(Sr.No.)-(Category)”

Note:

1. Interested vendors must send duly filled & signed vendor registration form along copies of PAN/VAT certificate, firm registration, tax clearance certificate, company profile, Experience Certificates from other NGO/INGOs and Aid agencies.
2. CBM reserves the right to accept or reject any applications in whole or in part and alter the provisions of this EOI as deemed necessary without assigning reasons whatsoever
