WWF, the global conservation organization leading international efforts for a living planet, is updating its current roster for potential suppliers in Nepal for the following goods & services.

| 4. | IT Services: Annual maintenance contracts for computers, servers, network systems, printers, scanners, UPS units, and peripherals |

| 6. | Office Furniture Supply, Repair, and Maintenance |
| 7. | Printing and Design Services |
| 8. | Office Stationery and Supplies |
| 9. | Travel Services: Airline ticketing, hotel bookings, visa services, etc. |
| 10. | Vehicle Rentals: For travel inside and outside the valley |
| 11. | Courier Services: Domestic and international |
| 12. | Cleaning and Sanitization Supplies |
| 13. | Recycled Products: Supplier of diverse products made from recycled materials, including paper, clothing, bags, furniture, decorative items, and stationery |
| 14. | Locally Made Nepali Products: Supplier of locally made office supplies, grocery items, handicrafts, clothing, hemp items, and wooden goods. |
Interested VAT/PAN-registered organizations are requested to submit their Vendor Profile Form with accurate information. Any false information provided will result in automatic disqualification.
The EOI (Vendor Profile Form) must be submitted to the following address in a sealed envelope containing all the required information as outlined in the form, clearly marked as "Expression of Interest for [insert product/service category]".
The submission deadline is 15 May 2025, at 5:00 PM.
