Expression of Interest (EOI) Notice
For Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of Server

The Centre for Mental Health & Counselling - Nepal (CMC-Nepal), Thapathali, Kathmandu, invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible, experienced, and qualified suppliers/vendors for the supply, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of an enterprise-grade rack-mounted server.
Minimum Technical Requirements:
- 2U rack-mounted enterprise-grade server
- Intel Xeon Scalable Processor with minimum 16 cores and 32 threads
- Minimum 64 GB DDR5 RDIMM RAM (expandable up to ≥1 TB)
- Minimum 2 × 1.2 TB SAS HDD (10K RPM, enterprise class, hot-plug support) or SSD-based configuration
- Hardware RAID controller with cache supporting RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, and 10 (with battery-backed or flash-backed cache protection)
- Dual 10 GbE BASE-T RJ45 network ports
- Redundant hot-swappable power supplies
- Redundant hot-swappable cooling fans
- Dedicated remote management port with iDRAC/IPMI/Redfish/HTML5 console support
- Compatible with Windows Server, Linux, and VMware/Hypervisor platforms
- Rack mounting kit (rail kit) compatible with existing server rack
- Minimum 3 (three) years onsite comprehensive warranty including parts replacement, labor, and technical support with next business day response
Submission Requirements:
Interested vendors are requested to submit their EOI in a sealed envelope clearly marked “EOI for Server Supply” including the following documents within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice:
- Company profile with relevant experience and technical capacity
- Proposed technical specifications (compliance with above requirements)
- Copy of Company Registration Certificate
- Copy of VAT/PAN Registration Certificate
- Copy of latest Tax Clearance Certificate
