We are hiring for the following positions at our office in Baluwatar, Kathmandu. Motivated and dedicated individuals are encouraged to apply.

1. Executive Officer – Vehicle Rental Service

Location: Baluwatar, Kathmandu

Employment Type: Full-time (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the vehicle rental service
• Oversee daily operations including fleet management, customer service & staff supervision
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate & individual clients
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory standards
• Monitor service quality and introduce process improvements

Qualifications:

• Leadership/managerial experience (vehicle rental or related field preferred)
• Strong understanding of fleet management & rental operations
• Excellent communication, negotiation & problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in rental management software
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

2. Office Runner

Location: Baluwatar, Kathmandu

Salary: NPR 20,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver and collect documents inside and outside the office
• Assist with daily administrative and clerical tasks
• Support office staff in day-to-day operations
• Handle official errands efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of office spaces

Requirements:

• Minimum SEE/SLC passed
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Honest, punctual, and hardworking
• 2-wheeler (motorbike/scooter) with valid license – Mandatory
• Good knowledge of Kathmandu routes
