Introduction

Himalayan Everest Water Pvt. Ltd. is a foreign direct investment (FDI) company registered in Nepal, wholly owned and subsidized by a prominent Japanese drinking water manufacturer of Japan. The company is setting up a PET bottled water production factory, scheduled for completion in the summer of 2027, and is located in the Solukhumbu District. 

Job Description

Himalayan Everest Water Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Executive Candidate for general manufacturing operations. The selected candidate will undergo structured training and is expected to grow into a factory management role upon successful completion of the training program.

Position: Executive Candidate (General Manufacturing Process)

Industry: Manufacturing (Production of PET Bottled Drinking Water)

Number of Positions: 2 (Two)

Job Type: Full Time

Training & Work Station

• Initial Training:
  • 3 months in Kathmandu, Nepal
  • 10 months at the parent company in Japan
• Permanent Work Location:
  • Solukhumbu District, Nepal

Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred)

Desired Qualifications

1. Prior work experience in a drinking water/food factory
2. Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N3 level or above)
3. Strong interest in manufacturing operations and management
4. Willingness to relocate and work in Solukhumbu District after training
5. Ability to adapt to multicultural and international work environments
6. Familiar with MS word/ Excel and power point 

Salary & Benefits

• Training Period Salary: NPR 50,000 per month
• Post-Training Salary:
  • Based on training performance, the candidate will be appointed as a full-time Factory Manager, and the salary may increase up to NPR 150,000 per month
