To Review, Revision, Harmonization and Formulation of Governance Policies for Rural Water Supply Management Boards (RWSMB)

FOCUS Nepal is a non-governmental, non-partisan, and not-for-profit development organization working in Dhading District since 2059 BS. Over the years, it has successfully implemented more than 60 projects in partnership with international NGOs, government agencies, and development partners, earning recognition for effective and community-centered service delivery.

In partnership with Oxfam in Nepal, FOCUS Nepal is currently implementing the “Strengthening Water Utilities to Shift Towards Climate-Resilient Water Services and Alternative Management Model (AMM)" for Sustainable Rural WASH in Nepal project in Jawalamukhi and Benighat Rorang Rural Municipalities of Dhading. The project aims to enhance climate resilience, gender equality, and sustainable rural water service management through professionally managed Rural Water Supply Management Boards (RWSMBs), digital governance, and sustainable financing mechanisms.

All interested and qualified applicants are requested to submit their Expressions of Interest (EOI) in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Terms of Reference (ToR) through email at procurement@focusnepal.org.np within office hours by 16th July 2026 (CoB 5:00 PM).
