Driver for Toyota Hiace



Basic Requirements

1. Valid Driving License:

   • Category “Tourist Vehicle” or equivalent to legally drive a 16-seater Toyota Hiace.

2. Minimum Experience:

   • At least 2–3 years of experience in the tourism or transport sector.

3. Age Limit:

   • Preferably between 35-50 years (mature, responsible, and physically fit).

Professional Skills

1. Driving Skills:

   • Confident in mountain and highway driving.

   • Familiar with tourist routes like Kathmandu–Pokhara, Chitwan, Lumbini, etc.

2. Vehicle Knowledge:

   • Basic mechanical skills for minor repairs and maintenance checks.

3. Language:

   • Able to communicate basic English with foreign tourists.

   • Polite and professional communication in Nepali and Hindi.

Behavioral Qualities

1. Discipline and Punctuality:

   • Always on time, maintains schedule and commitments.

2. Clean and Presentable:

   • Well-groomed and maintains vehicle cleanliness.

3. Customer Service:

   • Friendly, respectful, and helpful attitude toward clients.

• Follows traffic rules and drives responsibly under all conditions.
