Digital Media Specialist
We are looking for an experienced and creative Digital Media Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Digital Media strategy in order to increase our clients’ online presence and improve clients’ marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the Campaign Strategist and with a team that comprises graphic designers, digital media associates, client service associates, and content writers.
Digital Media Specialist Job Responsibilities:
- Highly skilled in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google managing and marketing for clients of various domains
- Able to validate accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google workspace
- Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Able to create end to end flow by understanding requirements, research on products and competitors, work closely with graphic designers, and ensure maximum reach and visibility for the clients
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Skilled in google analytics and Facebook pixel
Digital Media Specialist requirements and qualifications:
- 3 years of proven working experience in a digital marketing agency, particularly within the industry
- Solid knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook pixel, etc.)
- Have hands-on experience with CRM and CXM tools like Agile CRM, Bitrix24, and others
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivates the audience
- Familiar with graphic design knowledge/principles
Education
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, marketing, or a related field
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints will be preferred
Salary/Payroll
60,000 per month
