Overall responsibilities:

Specific Role and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, execute, monitor and report ad or non-ad campaigns, engagements and presence on social media and various other digital platforms such as websites, Google, apps, etc..
  • Must integrate social media platforms with various possible digital platforms as per the need for marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate with the IT team for API connections of social media and CRM, Facebook Pixel and various other relevant integration for both organic and ad leads management.
  • Develop and execute the Digital Marketing budget at an optimum level
  • Create a plan and various strategies to handle all official social media and other digital platforms such as Google presence.
  • Work with IT team to plan, design, execute and monitor Digital marketing such as SEO, SEM, Google adsense, digital ad campaigns, database marketing, email marketing, content marketing, social media campaigns, etc..
  • Engage higher audiences at the digital platforms including social media with various relevant campaigns, activities and creatives
  • Continuous learning and remaining updated with digital platforms policies
  • Develop social media communities and engage them with different social media activities
  • Support other marketing events and campaigns or any other PR related activities, with social media presence and engagement
  • Document the engagement, analytics and progress report (on ad or non campaigns) to relevant department and report to line manager
  • Provide required information to the relevant department in relation with acquired data and social media
  • Respond to the engagement as per the need
  • Build engagement response systems - both technically and textually.
  • Coordinate and work in team with cooperation with IT team
  • Recommend improvements for better performances on digital platforms in terms of engagement, lead generation, conversion ratio and platform development
  • Develop strategies to create best possible social platform for other departments to use it at most
  • Should learn in-depth knowledge of products and services of the company
  • Cross functional (such as different departments) communication and teamwork

Other Specifications

  • Digital Marketing experience
  • Hands on experience on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
  • Excellent Communication skills both verbally and written
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Computer proficiency in office applications and usage of app
  • Must have expertise on Social Media handling including engagements, campaign development and management, ad run, leads generation and management, app integration, integrated ad run, and so on.
  • Must have expertise on Ad campaigns on all digital platforms
  • Sales driven, target oriented and self motivated
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Must have strong commitment towards best digital marketing experiences
  • Must have “Willing to Learn” attitude
  • Knowledge on Graphics designing including Adobe tools will be beneficial
  • Knowledge on Content Management System will be beneficial
  • Knowledge on Content Writing and Website engagement (Frontend part) activities e.g. content addition, publishing, correction on website, will be an asset
  • Knowledge on Web and apps terminology will be beneficial
  • Knowledge on keywords, hashtags and content writing skills
  • Should be able to organize and execute daily tasks
  • Must have documentation and reporting skills

Qualification & Competencies:

Education Degrees:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields from a recognized college/university,

Experience Years:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

  • Excellent written and spoken Nepali & English languages
  • Understanding of company acts and disciplinary procedures
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
