Digital Marketing Manager

Earth and Human is looking for a digital marketing manager. 

You will be working directly with the founder and editorial team. As such, you will participate in building world-class blogs from Nepal.

You will be responsible for increasing the website traffic and social media presence. But it isn’t as easy as it sounds. You will need to:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

1. Carrying out keyword research using software such as a-href and google keyword planner to discover new topics for writers. 

2. Coordinate with Editor and content team to create SEO-friendly contents

3. Create an outreach plan for link building

4. Use Google sheet to compile monthly reports

Social Media 

1. Create captivating content for social media sites - (Images, Gifs, Videos) by coordinating with the editor and content team

2. Share content daily that increases brand awareness and encourages community members to visit our website

3. Monitor and respond to feedback and comments on social media posts.

4. Stay up to date with the latest best practices and technologies on social media.

How Qualified Should you be?

• At least 2 years of experience in SEO and Social Media marketing

• Self-driven, motivated, and desired to learn and grow.

• Good command over the English language

(Lack of degree and experience will not be an issue for us as long as you are passionate about writing and can prove that you will be good at what you do)
