Data Science Associate

We are looking for a Data Science Associate to join our data visualization project. 

The Data Science Associate will be working in an interdisciplinary team comprising data scientists, social scientists, software developers and field investigators.

Responsibilities

●     Work with spatial and demographics data and perform analysis, summarizing, visualizing and forecasting.

●     Gather, clean and transform data from diverse sources.

●     Create statistical and machine learning models.

●     Collaborate with data scientists and social scientists to discern patterns and insights.

●     Collaborate with software developers to create interactive data dashboards.

Requirements

●     Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines.

●     Experience and proficiency in data analytics programming (R, Python) and data visualization

●     Experience in web development (HTML, Javascript) and SQL/relational databases would be a plus.

●     Experience working with spatial and demographics data would be a plus.
