Job Description

The Data Management, Support & Analytics Specialist will be instrumental in managing our data architecture, supporting our internal teams, and analyzing complex datasets to produce actionable insights. This role is pivotal in enhancing our data-driven decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data in enterprise databases and systems.

Technical Support: Provide first-level support for data-related issues, assisting team members in troubleshooting and resolving problems efficiently.

Data Analytics: Perform detailed data analysis, interpret results, and develop dashboards and reports that guide strategic decisions.

Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek to improve data management practices and procedures within the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Relevent degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data management, analytics, or a similar role.
• Proficient in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
