Customer Support Officer

Qualification Requirement;

Should have passed atleast Intermediate (10+2) Level.
Should have atleast 2 year experience in Customer Support & Maintenance of IT Equipment Works.
Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Should be active, efficient and multi-tasking.
Should have 2-Wheeler/Moterbike Driving License.

JOB Description;

Should have 2+ year experience in field level IT support and basic maintenance of Electronic PCB maintenance works.
Should be able to actively work in a technical team. 
Should be hard-wroking, self-motivated and Confident to analyses and solve the problem and issue.
Should be active for frequent visit in various places in Nepal when required.
Should be able to Monitor & Manage Day-to-Day Field Support Operations.
Should be active on Customer followup for after sales support.
Should have strong working knowledge and experience in installation, configuration and support on Computer hardware equipment, Software (various OS, Database and Utilities) and peripheral  accessories like Networking, Printers, UPS, Routers etc.
Should have fair knowledge of electronics and electrical equipment.
Should be able to interpret, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
Should be able to demonstrate leading ability & skill to work independently and manage team with a minimal amount of supervision.
Should be active and hardworking in nature to explore and learn new technology and solutions and to provide training & orientation to team members and end customers.
Should have very good communication skill and outgoing in field to deal and support customers.
