BASIC JOB INFORMATION
Position: Customer Support Officer
Job Level: Junior
Job Location: Chandol, Bishalnagar

Provide support via email by answering support questions asked by the customers.
Ability to clearly communicate with customers
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, sharing knowledge and working together
Previous experience in a customer service role would be beneficial but not essential.
Knowledge about WordPress will be good but not mandatory.
Good spoken and written english
Work with a team who are passionate and have a proven record of building world-class products
