Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent face-to-face or in-call customer care services
  • Generate Sales Leads and Process orders efficiently 
  • Assists customers to make their best decisions regarding products by handling all the queries.
  • Resolve issues and complaints from customers by providing them with appropriate information
  • Responsible for following up   with customers when necessary
  • Maintain an accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database by timely  updating customer’s information
  • Enter data with high accuracy keeping attention to the details on a daily basis
  • Take additional responsibilities as and when required.
