Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide excellent face-to-face or in-call customer care services
- Generate Sales Leads and Process orders efficiently
- Assists customers to make their best decisions regarding products by handling all the queries.
- Resolve issues and complaints from customers by providing them with appropriate information
- Responsible for following up with customers when necessary
- Maintain an accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database by timely updating customer’s information
- Enter data with high accuracy keeping attention to the details on a daily basis
- Take additional responsibilities as and when required.
