We are a reputed Interior designing/Engineering firm based in Kathmandu.
Details / requirements:
Job Description:
- Deliver a high-quality client service and customer retention approach to managing client relationships to enhance sales and new client growth targets.
- Handling queries of customers over the phone, through emails, or through online chat services on time with an effective way
- Respond to emails and letters from customers regarding queries, in a timely manner
- Manage a professional relationship with the customers
- Perform various Computer/ IT related works to fulfill the office's need.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Should have minimum completed Intermediate(+2) (Management preferred) with experience or bachelors preferred.
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Excellent Command in English and Nepali (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
- Must have excellent computer skills, and willing to solve related problems on his own.
- Microsoft Application Skills (Word, Excel, PPT, Internet, Email)
