Details / requirements:
Education, Experiences, and Requirements
- Bachelors Degree with Computer knowledge
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
Other Qualification/Skills:
- Amazing customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English
- Problem-solving skills and solution-focused
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management skills and prioritization of workload
- Ability to follow instructions and work autonomously to achieve deadlines

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide excellent face to face or in call customer care services with
- Process orders efficiently with zero errors by offering advice whenever necessary.
- Assists customers to make their best decisions with handling all the queries.
- Resolve issues and complaints from customers by providing them with appropriate information
- Responsible for following up with customers when necessary
- Maintain an accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database by timely updating customer’s information
- Enter data with high accuracy keeping attention to the details on a daily basis
- Take additional responsibilities as and when required.
