Education, Experiences, and Requirements 

  • Bachelors Degree with Computer knowledge
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred

Other Qualification/Skills: 

  • Amazing customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English
  • Problem-solving skills and solution-focused
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent time management skills and prioritization of workload 
  • Ability to follow instructions and work autonomously to achieve deadlines

Duties and Responsibilities 

  •        Provide excellent face to face or in call customer care services with
  •         Process orders efficiently with zero errors by offering advice whenever necessary.
  •         Assists customers to make their best decisions with handling all the queries.
  •         Resolve issues and complaints from customers by providing them with appropriate information      
  •          Responsible for following up   with customers when necessary
  •          Maintain an accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database by timely  updating customer’s information
  • Enter data with high accuracy keeping attention to the details on a daily basis
  • Take additional responsibilities as and when required.
