Some of the basic competencies required are:

  • Should have qualification of Intermediate (10+2)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Work under pressure and cross cultural groups
  • Should be polite with pleasant personality 
  • Should have good interpersonal skills (communication skills - verbal, written & listening skills)
  • Customer service orientation

Job Description:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle complaints and other grievances
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
  • Receive short mail and deliver
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
