Some of the basic competencies required are:
- Should have qualification of Intermediate (10+2)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Work under pressure and cross cultural groups
- Should be polite with pleasant personality
- Should have good interpersonal skills (communication skills - verbal, written & listening skills)
- Customer service orientation
Job Description:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle complaints and other grievances
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- Receive short mail and deliver
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
