The candidate for the desired level of CSA (Customer Service Agent) must have following criteria to meet:
Good written and spoken control over English as well as Nepali Language.
Knowledge regarding operating computer and basic computer package.
Work Experience: preferable if any experience regarding the customer service, but no necessity of compulsory experience.
Positive attitude to work in flexible time schedule
Team worker and good communication skills.
