Position: Customer Service
Educational Qualification: High school passed (+2)
Job Responsibilities:
- deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- respond promptly to customer inquiries
- handle and resolve customer complaints
- obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquirie
- direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
Salary: 8,000 to 10,000 per month
Working hours: 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
