Skills & Experiences - 

  • Basic computer knowledge
  • A Minimum of 1-2 years experience in sales/marketing or relevant field

Job Description -

  • Guide customers through their purchase process while assisting them in every step
  • Interact with customers on both physical as well as digital platforms, such as, Messenger, Instagram & WhatsApp
  • Record detailed customer reports, prepare daily & weekly experience reports
  • Prepare marketing campaigns & sales processes to improve customer experiences
