Key Responsibilities  

As a Credit Analyst, you’ll play an essential role in shaping our clients’ financial outcomes. Your responsibilities include:  

  • Running serviceability calculations for Australian based lenders 

  • Proficiency in the use of Quickli (web based lender calculator) - highly preferable 

  • Liaising with lenders to interpret and resolve complex financial scenarios  

  • Reviewing client files meticulously to ensure accuracy and completeness 

  • Ability to handle files end to end (from initial pick up to serviceability assessment to coordinating all the way to settlement) 

  • Drafting initial assessments and preparing necessary loan documentation  

  • Validating all paperwork against lender-specific checklists  

  • Communicating with brokers to clarify and resolve compliance-related concerns  

  • Coordinating with internal teams to maintain operational efficiency  

  • Collecting and organizing essential information from clients  

  • Guiding and onboarding new team members into their roles  

  • Assisting brokers with portfolio management and post-settlement service tasks 

  • Supporting broker in post settlement communications, reviews and pricing 

  • Supporting outreach efforts for client acquisition and lead generation  

  

Qualification Requirements  

Eligible candidates must hold one of the following qualifications:  

  • Master's degree in Management (preferably with a Finance specialization)  

  • Chartered Accountant (in progress or completed)  

  • ACCA (trainee or full member)  

  

You should also demonstrate 

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in the finance or banking sector  

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills  

  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving mindset  

  • Capability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently  

  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges  

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
