Content Writer with SEO & AI Workflow Experience

We are hiring a Content Writer with SEO & AI workflow experience to execute high-quality content for our SaaS and WordPress products.

This is a hands-on execution role. You will focus on writing, optimizing, and refining content based on clear briefs, keywords, and guidance from the SEO and marketing team. This role does not involve content strategy, people management, or ownership of planning.

Level and Compensations 

Level: Mid-level (execution-focused individual contributor role)

Location: In-office (Codewing, Kathmandu)

Positions Open: 1

Salary: NPR 4.5 – 7.2 lakhs (CTC per year)

Key Responsibilities

A. Content Execution

• Write clear, engaging, and technically accurate content for SaaS products and WordPress-related offerings
• Produce content such as blog posts, educational articles, landing pages, product pages, and help documentation
• Research assigned topics and translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand content
• Maintain consistency in tone, structure, and brand voice across all content

B. AI-Assisted Content Workflow

• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) to support research, ideation, and first drafts
• Write effective prompts to generate useful AI outputs
• Edit, refine, and humanize AI-generated content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and originality
• Fact-check and validate information before publishing

C. SEO Execution

• Implement on-page SEO best practices based on provided briefs and keywords
• Optimize headings, internal links, meta descriptions, and content structure
• Align content with search intent and user needs
• Update and improve existing content based on SEO feedback

D. Collaboration & Delivery

• Execute content tasks based on briefs and timelines provided by the SEO or marketing team
• Collaborate with product, support, or engineering teams when clarification is needed
• Deliver content on time and incorporate feedback efficiently

Required Qualifications

A. Experience & Skills

• 2–4 years of professional content writing experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating SaaS, WordPress, or technical product content
• Hands-on experience using AI writing tools as part of daily content workflows
• Ability to edit and improve AI-assisted drafts without compromising quality or clarity
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals (on-page SEO, keyword placement, search intent)
• Familiarity with WordPress concepts such as plugins, themes, hosting, and site structure

B. Tools & Workflow

• Comfortable working with keyword briefs and content guidelines
• Basic familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
• Experience publishing or formatting content in WordPress or similar CMS platforms

C. Soft Skills

• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Ability to follow briefs and apply feedback accurately
• Reliable, execution-focused, and deadline-driven
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and workflows

Role Scope & Boundaries

• This role focuses on content execution, not content strategy ownership
• Content planning and performance tracking are handled by the SEO/marketing team
• This is an individual contributor role with no people management responsibilities
