Consultancy service to Final Evaluation of GREEN Project

Oxfam focuses its activities on providing a comprehensive response to poverty, working cohesively in the four areas that constitute its identity: development cooperation, humanitarian action, faire trade, social mobilization, campaigns and education for global citizenship. 

Oxfam are conducting a Request for Proposal (RFP) process and invites you to submit a proposal to provide Oxfam, within their requirements, for:

Resilience and Climate Justice

Objective of the assignment: 

•  To evaluate the extent to which the program has achieved its intended outcomes, particularly in terms of enhancing women’s economic empowerment, promoting climate-smart practices, and improving social protection access for migrant families.
•  To assess the impact of the program on the resilience, livelihoods, and leadership of the target groups, including women, migrant families, and cooperatives in the project areas.

• To examine how effectively the program has strengthened local institutions (cooperatives and local governments) in promoting gender equality, women’s empowerment, and the implementation of social protection schemes.

• To identify challenges encountered during project implementation and extract lessons learned for improving future programming and scaling interventions.

• To evaluate the sustainability of the program's interventions, including the continued benefits of climate-resilient businesses, agricultural practices, and the capacities of local institutions beyond the project timeline.

• To offer recommendations for enhancing program design, implementation, and replication in similar contexts, focusing on improving impact, sustainability, and institutional capacity.
