General Requirements:

Interested in the Field of Contract/Construction Management. |

Fluency in English and command in MS Word, MS Excel & MS Power Point Software. |

3. |
At least 1+ year non-internship professional Experience in Construction and/or Contract Management. |
|
4. |
Experience with English & Nepali typescript. |
|
5. |
Clear Communicator and educator- ability to Communicate with team members. |
|
6. |
Leadership abilities to monitor and supervise a group of Employees. |
|
7. |
Self-motivated and self-directed; Fast learner. |
|
8. |
Strong English Communication and documentation skills. |
Special Preferences:

9. |
Knowledge of MS Project and Primavera.
|
|
10.
|
Masters in Construction Management.
|
|
11.
|
Interested in Adjudication, Arbitration, Mediation, Litigation and Contract Management.
|
|
12.
|
Knowledge of Claim Preparation, Analysis and interpretation of contract, Extension of Time and Cost Price Adjustment (Price Escalation).
