- Administer a controlled documentation framework ensuring version integrity, scheduled review, and perpetual audit readiness across all compliance records
- Verify traceability and evidentiary integrity across transactional, operational, and supply chain documentation
- Oversee supplier and third-party compliance — certificate validation, vendor conformance monitoring, and supply chain due diligence records
- Design and execute internal audit and surveillance programs with full accountability for non-conformance investigation and corrective action closure
- Drive compliance culture and behavioral adherence across the organization through structured capacity building, direct operational engagement, and implementation accountability
- Deploy digital compliance platforms and management technology to systematize surveillance, obligation tracking, and multi-standard evidence governance

- Self-directed research and compliance scoping for unfamiliar standards, products, and operational processes
- Regulatory writing and SOP development with auditability and enforceability
- Rigorous documentation governance across integrated digital and physical systems
- Proficiency in compliance management platforms, document control systems, and digital surveillance tools
- Multi-standard external audit management and evidentiary performance under certification scrutiny
- Structured capacity building and compliance training across all organizational levels
- Stakeholder influence and cross-functional engagement without positional authority
- Management reporting, risk communication, and escalation judgment
- Field mobility and willingness to travel to operational sites
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Environmental Science, or a related discipline
- At least one professional certification in an applicable standard — HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or equivalent — is strongly preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food quality, food safety, or compliance within a food manufacturing or agri-food environment
- Demonstrated experience in compliance documentation management and external certification audit participation
