Nepal Children Helping Programme(NCHP) is a nonprofit, non religious, non political and independent organization working for the betterment of health and education of children in Nepal with the help of Little Stars e.V. Germany. We are seeking a female HA/CMA to work as a “Daily Clinic Operation In-charge” for the “First Aid Service Delivery Project” in Bidur-13, Amthang Nuwakot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily OPD operation of the clinic,
- Preparing and submitting patients report to the health authorities,
- Preparing medicine procurement, delivering and managing the stock.
- Maintaining a good relation with the community and a coordination with district and local line agencies (DHO, Municipality, ward office etc).
- Conduction of information events and awareness camps for the children and young girls.
- Reporting the health clinic activities as well as the news of the community.
- Supporting the sponsorship project on materials distribution and updating the actual status of the children.
- Supervising the office assistant and assuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic.
Qualification, Experience and Skill:
- Completed Community Medical Assistant (CMA) or Health Assistant (HA) from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration to Nepal Medical Council.
- At least 2 years’ experience in the community based health program.
- Fluent in Written and spoken English,
- Basic Computer skill (Word, Excel, email, internet)
- Excellent interpersonal skill and a positive attitude.
- Able to stay in the project site at least 5 days a week.
- Dedicated and sincere for the given tasks.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to stay at the well furnished apartment in the health clinic.
