Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Client Success Officer who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring accurate documentation, and addressing client needs proactively. The ideal candidate is client-focused, an excellent communicator, and passionate about creating exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Onboarding:
- Identify and generate high-quality leads of potential PTOs (individuals, samitis, cooperatives) in the automotive sector.
- Design and execute outreach campaigns in coordination with field teams and partners.
- Develop and manage a structured PTO pipeline and maintain accurate records.
- Work closely with financing institutions to pre-qualify and onboard viable operators.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key automotive sector stakeholders.
- Represent Aloi in relevant stakeholder meetings.
- Gather market intelligence and update product and partnership strategies accordingly.
- Project Training & Field Monitoring:
- Coordinate and supervise training sessions for PTOs (financial literacy, technical use, digital platform).
- Work with implementing partners to ensure smooth delivery of training and field support.
- Monitor project activities and provide feedback for continual improvement.
- Repayment Monitoring & Risk Tracking:
- Coordinate with the banks and product teams to track repayment behaviour and flag risks early.
- Engage with samitis/cooperatives to facilitate timely collections and build trust.
- Regular follow ups with the PTOs and stakeholders for effective repayments.
- Documentation and File Collection
- Coordinate daily with PTOs, vendors, and samitis for the collection, verification, and management of documents required for financing and subsidy submissions.
- Support onboarding of clients by verifying eligibility, collecting documentation, and entering data into Aloi systems
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience with lead generation, client onboarding, and stakeholder management in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of the Nepali automotive ecosystem, financing mechanisms, and commercial vehicle usage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Nepali and English (written and spoken).
- License and personal vehicle for travel.
