Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Relations & Order Processing Officer. In this multi-faceted role, you will manage international client communications, process orders, track production progress, coordinate among internal departments, and oversee logistics and shipping.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relations & Order Management

·         Maintain clear, timely, and professional correspondence with clients.

·         Process orders accurately and maintain organized records.

·         Manage emails efficiently using Gmail and Outlook (sorting, labeling, and follow-ups).

2. Production Tracking & Coordination

·         Monitor weaving stages (e.g., tracking large rug progress at ~8–10 cm/day).

·         Update weaving logs and coordinate with production teams.

·         Liaise with Suppliers, Yarn Managers, Dyeing, Design, Weaving, and Quality Control.

·         Ensure timely updates on raw materials, dyeing status, and production timelines.

3. Shipping & Logistics

·         Coordinate international shipping with FedEx, DHL, UPS, and freight forwarders.

·         Prepare required shipping documentation and track parcels.

·         Ensure smooth, timely dispatch and update clients on shipping status.

Qualifications

·         Education: Bachelor’s degree required.

·         Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Gmail, and Outlook.

·         Soft Skills: Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.

·         Traits: Highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and hardworking.

·         Bonus: Prior experience or knowledge of the carpet/rug industry.

Compensation & Career Growth

·         Starting Salary: NPR 25,000 per month (includes a 1-month paid trial).

·         Year 1 Growth: Potential increase to NPR 25,000 – 30,000 based on learning speed and record-keeping accuracy.

·         Year 2 Growth: Potential increase to NPR 35,000 – 45,000 based on expanded responsibility and workflow efficiency.

·         Year 3 Growth: Potential increase to NPR 50,000 – 60,000 based on consistent high performance and reliability.

·         Note: All salary increments are strictly performance-based.

Additional Benefits

·         Retirement: Provident Fund (PF) included for long-term savings.

·         Leave: 12 days of paid personal leave + 24 days of paid festival/national holidays (Dashain, Tihar, etc.).

Bonuses:

·         Yearly Bonus (13th Month Pay): Equivalent to one full month's salary.

·         Dashain Bonus: Equivalent to 50% of your monthly salary. Activated after 1 year.

·         Performance Bonus: Extra incentive awarded during Dashain. Regular performance-based. Has no waiting period.
