Introduction

The AAC Brick company is a leading manufacturer of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) bricks in Nepal. The company has been operating for over years and has established itself as a trusted brand in the market of Nepal. The factory produces high-quality AAC bricks that are known for their durability, strength, and eco-friendliness. The AAC Brick  company is looking for a CEO to lead the business, report to the Board of Directors, and work according to the procurement and financial guidelines of the company. The purpose of this ToR is to outline the key responsibilities and requirements for the position of CEO of the AAC brick factory.

Position Summary

The CEO will be responsible for leading and managing the AAC brick factory, ensuring that it operates efficiently and effectively, and achieving the company's strategic objectives. The CEO will report to the Board of Directors and work in close collaboration with management team to execute the company's mission.

Key Responsibilities

The CEO's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Developing and implementing the company's strategic plan and objectives in alignment with the vision and mission of the business.

Developing and implementing effective policies and procedures for the AAC brick factory to ensure efficient operations, cost-effectiveness, and maximum productivity.

Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team.

Ensuring the company operates in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

Overseeing the financial management of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Evaluate the AAC Brick company’s financial, operational, and sales and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase in operating efficiencies. 

Building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, private developers, development partners, non-government and government agencies.

Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team of managers and employees.

Creating a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, creativity, and innovation.

Preparing and presenting regular reports to the Board of Directors on the performance of the company.

Requirements

The CEO of the AAC brick factory must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

At least 5 years of senior-level management experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of success.

Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

An entrepreneurial mindset and a strategic thinker with a keen eye for business opportunities.

Fluency in Nepali and English language.
