Carpet / Rug Loom Inspector

Position: Carpet / Rug Loom Inspector

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking person to inspect rugs that are being woven at different loom locations.

Job Responsibilities 

• Visit weaving looms regularly to check rugs under production.
• Check rug specifications such as:
  • Length and width.
  • Pile height.
  • Overall weaving quality.
  • Whether the rug is being woven according to the required specifications.
• Monitor the progress of each rug and report updates weekly through a messaging app.
• Inform the production team if any issues are found.

Requirements

• Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel to different loom locations.
• Petrol expenses will be provided by the company.
• Must own a smartphone with internet access.
• Must be able to use Google Maps or similar navigation apps.
• Must be able to write basic updates in English through a messaging app.
• Must be organized and able to work independently.

Work Schedule

• Need to check in 2 days per week in the office for a few hours.
• The rest of the work can be done on your own schedule.
• All assigned loom inspections and weekly reports must be completed on time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in rug manufacturing or weaving is a plus, but not required.
• Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Compensation

Salary will be discussed based on qualifications and experience.
