Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate cargo handling, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules.
* Prepare and maintain cargo documentation and reports.
* Communicate with transporters, Shipping lines/ Freight forwarding companies, customs agents, and clients.
* Making Accounting Entries in system and issue invoices to the clients.
* Resolve shipment-related issues and provide operational support.
