Call for proposals: Cost-Benefit Analysis of Nature-Based Solutions in the Lower Narayani River Basin

WWF Nepal seeks consultancy services to conduct a Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) of nature-based solutions (NbS) implemented in the Khageri and Gindri watersheds of the Lower Narayani River Basin. The analysis will assess the ecological, social, and economic performance of interventions like wetland restoration, soil conservation, and diversified resilient livelihoods. The consultancy will compare NbS with conventional grey infrastructure alternatives and produce a detailed analytical report, including a manuscript for submission to a peer-reviewed journal.

Interested VAT-registered firms in Nepal are invited to submit technical and financial proposals with a detailed budget breakdown to proposals-freshwater@wwfnepal.org by 5 p.m. Nepal Standard Time, 15th October 2025. Please mention "CBA_NbS" as the email subject.
