Call for proposal: Update Ministry of Finance DFIMS and Development of an Integrated Development Cooperation Portal (IDCP)

Under the Capacity Building Initiative for Transparency (CBIT) Project, implemented by WWF Nepal in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture, Forests and Environment (MoAFE), WWF Nepal invites proposals from VAT-registered Nepal-based organizations to update the Ministry of Finance’s Development Finance Information Management System (DFIMS) and develop an Integrated Development Cooperation Portal (IDCP), along with an advisory document and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

The assignment will focus on reviewing existing climate finance and development cooperation data systems, updating DFIMS, developing an interactive portal for MoAFE’s climate projects and financing information, establishing data templates and user interfaces for climate finance tracking, integrating the portals with the national MRV system, coordinating with relevant government agencies, and preparing phased implementation guidance, SOPs, orientation, and deployment.

Interested organizations are invited to submit their proposals to proposalsubmission@wwfnepal.org with the subject line “PROPOSAL-CBIT DFIMS and IDCP” by 5:00 pm Nepal Standard Time on 30 August 2026.
