Call for Proposal For Design and Development of Business Model for a Digital Public Good tool



Nepal Flying Labs (NFL) with support from Frontier Tech Hub is implementing an innovative 4-months long project titled “Development of a Multicriteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) Tool to Empower Evidence-based Decision-making for Medical Cargo Drone Operations.” The Business Development Consultant is expected to work closely with the DASTAA focal person at Nepal Flying Labs and the product owner from NAXA to achieve these objectives and tap into this market. The consultant should have a strong background in business development, market research, and preferably, a good understanding of digital systems, operational research, optimization problems, and decision analysis. One of the key scope of the project is the design and development of a business model for MCDA based Health Facilities Capacity Assessment and Medical Drone planning module in an existing web based integrated assessment platform. The platform itself has a variety of use cases in the health sector, disaster risk management, urban planning, and so on.


NFL requests quotations from all eligible firms/companies/organizations/individuals for the above mentioned activity. The quotation needs to be supported by a 3 page methodology, proposed budget, proposed timeline, CV’s for human resources and 3 most relevant work experiences.
