Call for Expression of Interest (EOI) for Vendor / Supplier / Service Provider

CLEAN UP Nepal is also known as Swachha Safa Nepal, established in 2014, is a non-governmental organization (NGO) with a vision to transformed Nepal where circular economies and clean systems ensure environmental justice, climate resilience, and prosperity for all generations. The organization’s focus is to create a zero-waste, climate-resilient Nepal with clean air, land, and water by empowering communities and strengthening local systems for sustainable development. By combining technology, circular economy practices, community mobilization, policy influence, and cross-sector partnerships with synergies, CLEAN UP NEPAL drives sustainable, scalable, and inclusive solutions. It stands as a pivotal force in Nepal’s journey toward environmental resilience, social equity, and sustainable development, aligning local actions with national and global sustainability goals. 

We invite qualified firms, suppliers, companies, and individuals to express their interest to become a part of our vendor list for the Period of 1 June 2026 – 30 June 2027 for the Green Job Creation through Recycling and Upcycling (GCRU) Project, West and East Cluster at Pokhara. CLEAN UP NEPAL in a joint venture with DOKO Foundation and Green Road Waste Management Pvt Ltd, are key initiatives under the Green Job Creation through Recycling and Upcycling in Pokhara (GCRU) Project. The project is implemented with support from the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) Nepal and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Nepal, in collaboration with Pokhara Metropolitan City.

Vendors Only from Pokhara Metropolitan city are encouraged to apply, except on category Machinery and equipment.

• Machinery and equipement (Waste and Recycling Machinery, Food and Agro-processing Equipment, Textile and Stitching Machinery, Handicraft and Product Making Equipment, Pencil Making Equipment, Other Industrial Equipment and etc)

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Safety Supplies
• Kitchen Utensils and Cooking Equipment

Eligible Criteria:

• Firm/Company registered with Government of Nepal 
• Having Tax/VAT certificate.
• Tax Clerance certificate for year 2081/2082
• Experience letter to proof the Supply and Service for minimum three years 
• List of top customers, prefer to NGO/INGOs
• Self Declaration letter confirming the absence of any conflict of interest and certifying that the entity has not been blacklisted by any government, private, or non-governmental organization.

Interested applicants are requested to submit a Letter of Interest (as per Annex I) and the Supplier Registration Form (as per Annex II), both available through the links provided in the advertisement. Submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI) does not ensure automatic inclusion for quotation or bidding purposes. Companies, firms, and individuals listed will be informed regarding the subsequent stages of the procurement procedure. Companies, firms, and individuals that demonstrate adherence to Child Protection principles, Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI), and Environmentally Sustainable (green) operational practices are strongly encouraged to apply.
