Call for Expression of Interest (EoI) for Vendor Enlistment in Roster

NGO Federation of Nepal (NFN) is an umbrella organization or national platform of about 7000 NGOs working in various fields of social welfare and development in Nepal. Established in 1991 for the promotion and protection of social justice, human rights, civic space and pro-poor development, NFN has evolved as a leading organization working for the entire NGO movement in Nepal. It is actively working to unite, organize, capacitate and mobilize civil society aiming to create a peaceful, democratic and just Nepal.

We invite qualified firms, suppliers, companies, and individuals to express their interest to become a part of our vendor list for this year. Your expertise can help us in various categories:

Interested firms, suppliers, companies, and individuals having at least 2 years of experience working with Donor Agencies, INGOs, and NGOs in providing services are invited to apply by filling out this google form link: https://forms.gle/gyyitk5kB54P4TCX9

You can submit the EoI either by sending it to our office at Buddhanagar or via email marked as EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (write the name of the services as listed in the provided google form.) by nfnprocurement@gmail.com with the following supporting documents no later than 13th July 2025. 

• Application letter
• Company profile no more than 3 pages
• Company registration
• VAT/PAN registration
• Tax clearance certificate FY 2080/81

Please note that submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI) does not guarantee automatic selection for quotation or bidding. Shortlisted firms, suppliers, companies, and individuals will be contacted for the next steps in the procurement process.
