KURVE Wustrow, the Centre for Training and Networking in Nonviolent Action is an international NGO that was founded in 1980 in Germany with the aim of turning concerns about violent conflict, environmental degradation and social injustice into conscious nonviolent action. Since its inception it has been conducting trainings on civil, nonviolent conflict transformation at home and abroad. In Nepal, KURVE Wustrow started its cooperation in 2020 as an International NGO and its country office is located in Babar Mahal, Kathmandu.

Since 2009, KURVE Wustrow has been supporting partner organizations in Nepal. Within the framework of KURVE Wustrow and guided by the project theme Empowerment for Inclusive and Peaceful Communities in Nepal (EMPOWER), the organization intends to enter into a service contract to supplement its peacebuilding objectives in Kathmandu and other districts.

We invite qualified firms and individuals who have experience of working in the below mentioned sectors to express their interest in becoming a part of our vendor list for this year in various categories:

Consulting Services: Offer expert services in sectors including:

• Social justice, 
• Human rights, 
• Civic space, 
• Transitional Justice
• Nonviolent conflict transformation
• Project’s baseline, endline surveys and impact evaluations
• Research, policy analysis and Studies

Interested firms, companies, NGOs and individuals having consulting experiences of working with Donor Agencies, INGOs and NGOs are invited to submit EoI via email marking subject as (EOI TO BE LISTED IN ROSTER OF CONTRACT SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR ………  (write the name of the services as listed above) to kurve.eoi.roster@gmail.com with the following supporting documents (as applicable) no later than 7th August 2026, by 5:00 pm Nepal Standard time.

• Application letter
• Company profile no more than 3 pages
• Company/Firm registration
• VAT/PAN registration
• Tax clearance certificate FY 2081/82 or tax clearance extension for FY 2082/2083

Please note that submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI) does not guarantee automatic selection for quotation or bidding. Shortlisted firms, suppliers, companies, and individuals will be contacted for the next steps in the procurement process.
