DMI Pvt. Ltd. is a premier development consulting firm dedicated to delivering high-impact research, evaluation, and implementation support across various development sectors in Nepal. To expand our network and support upcoming projects, we invite qualified independent consultants and subject matter experts to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) to join our Expert Consultant Roster.

Enrolled consultants will be prioritized for short-term and long-term assignments as project opportunities arise.

  • Waste Management and Fecal Sludge Management (FSM) Specialists

• Social & Economic Development

  • Education Experts

  • Enterprise Development & Livelihoods Experts

  • Mental Health & Psychosocial Support Specialists

  • Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) Experts

• Governance & Institutional Support

  • Federalism and Local Governance Experts

  • Public Finance Management (PFM) Specialists

  • Capacity Building & Institutional Strengthening Trainers

• Project Operations Support

  • Administration, Finance, and Logistics Consultants

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Minimum of a Master’s degree in a relevant field (or a Bachelor’s degree with extensive, exceptional field experience).

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of progressive professional experience in the specified sector, preferably within development projects, baseline/midline/endline evaluations, or policy formulation in Nepal.

• Skills: Strong analytical, report-writing, and communication skills. Familiarity with federal, provincial, and local government frameworks in Nepal is highly desirable.
