Call for Expression of Interest (EOI)
FAIRMED is a Swiss development organization dedicated to work with its motto “Health for the Poorest”. The organization plays an important role in providing health care access to the marginalized communities and individuals who are prone to diseases, disability, and poverty. The core focus of FAIRMED's work in Nepal is Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs) – Leprosy, LF, Kala-azar, etc and Maternal and Neonatal Health (MNH), while it interweaves GESI and Disability Inclusive Development (DID) as cross cutting themes into its programs to strengthen the health system and increase the uptake of public health services. In line with its operational and programmatic requirements, FAIRMED Foundation Nepal invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified, experienced, and interested suppliers, individuals and service providers for enlistment in our vendor database for the fiscal year 2026.
Details / requirements:
FAIRMED invites a Letter of Interest (LOI) with a technical and financial proposal from qualified consultant(s)/agencies to carry out an endline survey of Biswas Project in Jhapa, Morang and Sunsari. The endline assessment is expected to find changes, outcomes and impact contributed by the project. Similarly, the needs and gaps identified in the project areas will help to establish benchmarks based on the project log-frame indicators. This will also serve as a baseline for the upcoming project planned in Jhapa, Morang, Sunsari, and Saptari districts.
Required eligibility criteria:
- The consulting agency/consultant(s) should be legally registered as per prevailing laws of the Government of Nepal for consultancy work and should submit yearly financial audits, renewal and tax clearance/exemption certificate of 2080/81 and PAN/VAT Number.
- Preference will be given to the applicants with prior experience of conducting baseline/endline surveys and research in health sector preferably in the areas of Neglected Tropical Diseases, Maternal and Neonatal Health, Disability, and Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH).
- The applicants should have better understanding of Nepal’s health system and role of different level of government entities.
- The applicants should have knowledge and experiences of Leave No One Behind (LNOB) principle of SDG.
- Ability to timely carry out the survey and preparation of quality report.
Interested and qualified consulting agencies/consultant(s) are invited to submit their Letter of Interest and detail cost proposal including or excluding tax in the following email address by August 18, 2025. Detail TOR can be available upon request to FAIRMED in the official email below. The proposals submitted without following the TOR and received after the submission deadline will not be considered. Only selected agencies/individuals will be contacted for further process.
