1. Family Planning Association of Nepal (FPAN) is a leading organization of Family Planning (FP) and Sexual & Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) for last 64 years in the country. It has been a pioneer to bring changes in quality of life for Nepali people. Established in 1959, FPAN, a member association of the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), a major partner of the Government of Nepal’s national family planning program, contributing significant share in family planning/reproductive health services annually. FPAN is Nepal’s first national sexual and reproductive health service delivery and advocacy organization. FPAN works across 44 districts to provide essential SRH services to poor, marginalized, socially excluded, and underserved (PMSEU) communities, including sex workers, people living with HIV/AIDS, LGBTIQ people, IDUs, migrant workers, survivors of gender-based violence (GBV), persons with disabilities and people affected by disasters and crisis.

2. FPAN invites application from qualified suppliers/vendors/individuals to provide various services and goods in the below mentioned categories for FY 2023:

Flooring and Furnishings.

Office Equipment and ICT Hardware -Computer, Printer, Server, Firewall, LCD projector, screen, phones, UPS, Camera, Photo copy machine, Air Condition, and Office/ICT equipment, office appliances, Water Dispensers and its accessories.

Repair and Maintenance of office services – Plumbing, Electrical, Construction, Engineering, Air Conditioners, solar system, battery, UPS, sewage, carpentry, ICT Annual Maintenance Cost (AMC)computer, phone, photocopy, printer, vehicle /motor cycle and servicing.

Office Promotional Materials- Caps, Bags, T-Shirt, Jackets, pen, note/books, souvenirs and other promotional materials.

Consultancy- Sign Language Interpreters, Audio/Video/Documentary Production, Media, Legal, Audit, Information, Communication and Technology (ICT), Editing and Translation, Survey and Research, Training/Workshop Facilitators/Trainers, Event Management, Resource material development, Human ResourceManagement, Financial Service.

Relief and Emergency Items- Hygiene Kit, Dignity Kit, Disability Kit, Tarpaulin, Winterization kit, NFRI Kits and other items.

Advertisement, Audio/Video/Text broadcasting.

Grocery Supplies -cleaning supplies, pantry/kitchen supplies and other grocery supplies.

International & Domestic Courier Service (Air & surface), Clearing and Forwarding.

General Items – solar, battery, electrical goods, fire extinguisher and other general items.

Security and House-keeping.

Vehicle/Motor Cycle spare parts, tyres and tubes.

Insurance: Staff and dependent medical, group accidental, travel, asset and vehicle insurance.

3. Vendors/Individuals interested to be listed in the annual vendor list (AVL) /roaster are requested to submit their application. Interested Vendors/Individuals must send duly filled & signed application form in hard copies along with the company/individual profile, copy of trade license, copies of valid company registration certificate, PAN/VAT certificate, tax clearance certificate, Financial Statements for last three years, experience evidence documents(references or recommendation letters or list of customer etc) by hand on or before 17:00 Hours on 30-November -2022 to the Central office of FPAN Pulchowk, Lalitpur Phone 977-1-5010302, 977-1-5010104.

4. The hard copies should be enclosed in a sealed envelope with the subject -FPAN, EOI FY2023 vendor listing and mention the category from the category list. Eligible vendors/individuals who provide complete information may be invited to participate in future procurement processes. Therefore, all interested vendors are requested to respond to this EOI by submitting the required documents along with the application form. The ‘Application Forms ’ are  available on FPAN website: www.fpan.org.

5. If the last date of summitting the application falls on a public holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. 

6. FPAN reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any application and alter the provisions of this EOI as deemed necessary without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
